Emanuel Michael is President and Chief Operations Officer, is responsible for the daily operation of leading senior leadership through a process of defining their mission, their vision and the barriers they face in executing that vision. He is responsible for developing and executing their go forward strategies through strategy alignment and deployment. He will establish partnership with clients to ensure Lean / Six Sigma transformation expectations are integrated into their business planning process and operating philosophy. Mr. Michael is well versed in various aspects of business and leadership. Emanuel Michael has over 14 years of leadership experience in the food service industry. Mr. Michael has been a kitchen manager, General Manger, Corporate trainer, etc. with some of America’s most popular restaurant brands.
Emanuel Michael is an Entrepreneur radio host for over 9 years. Mainly teaching, training, & delivering messages to audiences via formal seminar and radio. In 2005, he began studying Corporate Law at Kaplan University & also formed a radio show in Jackson, MS on 90.1 FM. After moving to Dallas, TX, Mr. Michael started a show on KHVN 970/Heaven 97 entitled “The Spirit of Entrepreneurship” to show individuals how to beat the woes of the economy. Mr. Michael is skilled in the area of electronic discovery (eDiscovery). He is Certified as an Arkfeld eDiscovery Advanced Specialist by the eDiscovery Education Center (EDEC) as well as, certified by the National Association for e-Discovery Professionals specializing in e-Discovery forensic audit training in the field of consumer debt. His expertise is in business development.
Erica Michael is Sr. Vice- President, Secretary and Treasurer. She has a Master of Science in Reading Education, Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Education, Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education, MBA Capella University, PMI Certified Project Manager.
